And indeed, it is impossible to make changes to the declaration, you can only register a new one.

But there are some nuances here, and we will talk about this today.

There are two options for making changes, that is, registering a new declaration:

the first is on the old set of documents, that is, you do not need to upload anything to the archive in addition;

the second is to register a completely new declaration, on a new set of documents.

With the registration of declarations on a new set of documents, in principle, everything is clear, it's just a new declaration of conformity.

But in which case it is possible to re-register the declaration on the old set of documents, let's figure it out.

First. If you have a typo, then in this case you can register a new declaration on the old set of documents.

Second. In case of a change in the organizational and legal form.

The third. When you have a change of legal address.

Fourth. This is a reduction of the places of activity (not to be confused with the addition of places of activity). If you have

Also, in the 936 Resolution, there is such a concept when you do not need to re-register the declaration, although you have made some changes:

Even as a must! And this is only in cases when you have changed your legal address, but not by your will. For example, the state has changed the name of the district, or the street, or the house number. In this case, you can not change the declaration of conformity.

Now two words about how the re-registration of the declaration is carried out on the old set of documents.

You do not need to upload any set of documents to the declaration registration service. It is enough for you to terminate the previous declaration and register a new declaration with a link to the old declaration with the phrase "Adopted in place of the declaration No (specify the number of the old declaration) from (the date of adoption of the old declaration)"

Where to enter this information is not very clear yet. Of course, you can add additional information, since there are three fields where you can write this one.
