Despite the fact that information about the transfer of Technical Regulation 048 appeared in October 2020, not everyone saw the decision on this transfer, and therefore, by September 1, 2021, more and more questions arise (And how? And what? And why?).
Will Technical Regulation 048 come into force?

And indeed, on October 16, 2020, public discussions of this Technical Regulation ended and a decision was made to postpone this Technical Regulation to 2022. But not everyone has seen this decision signed, but it is there. This is decision No. 6 of January 29, 2021 (the link will be in the description, you can read it).
Another point is why this Technical Regulation will not come into force.
There is not a single certification body or laboratory accredited within the framework of this Technical Regulation. Moreover, the Federal Accreditation Service (FSA) has not even included this Technical Regulation in its registers, it simply cannot be found there.
Well, the last moment.
This is the form of the label. It has not been developed yet.
Taking into account all these points, mainly relying on the first point that the decision clearly says about the transfer of this Technical Regulation.
This Technical Regulation will not enter into force on September 1, 2021.
